French Styled Kitchen

The Project

This was a beautiful project for a house near Exeter. Jan ran her own french antique shop and so her new kitchen was filled with the most beautiful pieces including an amazing chandelier and ornate mirror.

Bespoke Cabinetry

She chose to have her furniture sourced from Chalon and together we designed this enormous worktable for the centre of the room. It has seating for friends and family as well as plenty of storage (including a secret sweets cupboard for her grandson!). She also commissioned a sink unit with dishwasher for the corner.

Finishing Touches

This photo was taken whilst she still has the temporary tops on as she sourced her own marble quartz through a friend. She installed temporary open shelves made from garden brackets and scaffolding boards over the sink unit as she was waiting until she found the perfect french unit to go above. I think they look wonderful as they are!
